Shipping rates are subject to change.

All shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Taxes and duties for items shipped internationally are the responsibility of the buyer and will be sent through the shipping company. Failure to pay duties or taxes will result in the package being returned to the sender. In this case, additional shipping charges will apply. 

Returns

All tack and accessories (excluding saddles, click here) will be accepted for a full refund & return within 14 days of purchase if it meets all of the below criteria:

• Is in the same condition as it was sold (clean, dry, unused, no damage).
• Is accompanied by its original invoice.
• Is returned according to the time restrictions outlined above.

New merchandise returned after 14 days of purchase is eligible for a credit if it meets all of the below criteria:

• Is in the same condition as it was sold (clean, dry, unused, no damage).
• Is accompanied by its original invoice.
• Is returned according to the time restrictions in the policies above.

No returns or store credits will be issued beyond 30 days from the date of purchase.
