All shipping charges are non-refundable. Taxes and duties for items shipped internationally are the responsibility of the customer. Both taxes and duties are determined by and sent through the shipping company. Failure to pay duties and/or taxes will result in the package being returned to the sender; additional shipping charges will apply.
Return shipping costs are solely the customer's responsibility. We highly recommend return shipping with tracking and insurance!

Shipping Times
While we always do our best to ship saddles as soon as possible, please allow up to 10 business days for shipping confirmation. Our inventory is divided between our fitters across Canada and the United States, so our shipping times may vary depending on fitter schedules. Please contact us if you have questions about estimated dispatch times for your saddle.
Tack, accessories, and in-stock saddles typically ship from our Alberta, Canada location within 3-4 business days.
Returns
All tack and accessories (excluding saddles) are eligible for a full refund when returned within 14 days of purchase when the following criteria are met:
1. Item is in the same condition as it was sold (clean, dry, unused, no damage).
2. Item is accompanied by its original invoice.
3. Item is returned according to the time restrictions outlined above.
New merchandise returned after 14 days of purchase is eligible for a credit if it meets all of the below criteria:
1. Is in the same condition as it was sold (clean, dry, unused, no damage).
2. Is accompanied by its original invoice.
3. Is returned according to the time restrictions in the policies above.
No returns or store credits will be issued beyond 30 days from the date of purchase.
Exceptions
The following items are considered final sale, and are not eligible for return:

- Sale items
- Gift cards
