We ship across Canada and the continental USA. To ensure a seamless shopping experience for all of our riders, we operate out of two fulfillment locations: one in Alberta, Canada, and one in Florida, USA.

All CommonWealth tack ships duty free. Shipping rates are as follows:

Orders over $100: Free shipping
Oversized: $40 (exempt from all free shipping promotions).

Please note that all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, and are non-refundable.

Orders over $200 CAD/$250 USD qualify for free standard shipping, with the exception of oversized items.

Most orders, with the exception of special orders, are processed within 3-4 business days of purchase. Transit times vary by location; please refer to your order tracking for delivery updates.

All tack and accessories are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method when returned within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, item(s) must:

1. Be in the same condition as it was sold (clean, dry, unused, no damage).

2. Be accompanied by the original invoice.

Tack and accessories returned 14-30 days from the date of delivery may be eligible for a return to store credit. To qualify for store credit, item(s) must adhere to the criteria above.

Please note: no refunds or store credits will be issued beyond 30 days from the date of delivery.

We ship across Canada and the continental USA. All in-stock saddles are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $150. Saddles shipping internationally are subject to taxes and duties, which are solely the customer's responsibility; both taxes and duties are determined by and sent through the shipping company. Failure to pay duties and/or taxes will result in the package being returned to the sender; additional shipping charges will apply. 

While we always do our best to ship saddles as soon as possible, please allow up to 10 business days for shipping confirmation. Our inventory is divided between our fitters across Canada, so our shipping times may vary depending on fitter schedules. Please contact us if you have questions about estimated dispatch times for your saddle.
