Returns

All tack and accessories (excluding saddles, click here) will be accepted for a full refund & return within 14 days of purchase if it meets all of the below criteria:

  • Is in the same condition as it was sold (clean, dry, unused, no damage).
  • Is accompanied by its original invoice.
  • Is returned according to the time restrictions outlined above.

New merchandise returned after 14 days of purchase is eligible for a credit if it meets all of the below criteria:

Crafted from premium felted wool, the CommonWealth Felt Half Pad offers impressive shock absorption and next-level comfort. This pad features a wither-relief cutout to eliminate pressure on the withers, and comes in varying thicknesses to accommodate individual horse needs. Finished with a leather spine and wear strip for increased durability, the Felt Half Pad is built to last!

  • 10mm: for horses who just need a little bit of extra cushion under the saddle.

  • 12mm: for horses who need a bit of lift through the saddle; this pad will close the tree by approximately 1-2 cm.

  • 18mm: designed as a fitting tool for horses who need a significant amount of lift through the saddle.
