We offer limited consignment services to existing clients of CommonWealth Saddles. Saddles are accepted on a case-by-case basis, and are subject to our consignment policy, as outlined below:

-All consignment saddles are subject to a $275 listing fee, to be paid prior to the saddle being received and listed.

-If the saddle sells through CommonWealth Saddles, the listing fee will be returned with the consignor’s payout; if the saddle is returned to the consignor prior to the saddle selling through CommonWealth Saddles, the listing fee will be forfeited by the consignor.

-Saddles that are in excessively dirty or poor condition will be subject to a non-refundable $75 cleaning fee.

-Consignment saddles are subject to a 30% commission of the final sale price; alternatively, the consignor may choose a 20% commission fee, if $1000 of the payout is accepted as a CommonWealth Collection Tack Voucher.  

-Cash payouts will be delivered to the consignor via etransfer, within 14 calendar days of the final sale of the saddle. CommonWealth Collection Tack Vouchers will be sent via email within 7 calendar days of the final sale of the saddle.

-CommonWealth Saddles reserves the right to negotiate sale price for any amount at or above the minimum price accepted as listed by the consignor; all negotiations below the consignor’s minimum price accepted will be communicated by CommonWealth Saddles through the email provided by the consignor.

-All paperwork must be completed by the consignor prior to the saddle’s listing.
