Returns

All tack and accessories (excluding saddles, click here) will be accepted for a full refund & return within 14 days of purchase if it meets all of the below criteria:

  • Is in the same condition as it was sold (clean, dry, unused, no damage).
  • Is accompanied by its original invoice.
  • Is returned according to the time restrictions outlined above.

New merchandise returned after 14 days of purchase is eligible for a credit if it meets all of the below criteria:

The Leveza Limited Sheepskin Dressage Saddle Pad is made from Australian merino sheepskin and durable quilting; the sheepskin is integrated directly into the saddle pad, giving it the added benefit of a built-in half pad. Sheepskin is known for its excellent shock absorbing qualities, making this pad a fantastic option for horses with sensitive backs! This pad also features a shaped, open spine that promotes both freedom and breathability through the back-perfect for high withered horses!

Care: After each use make sure to place your pad upside down to ensure that it airs out. To wash, please use a washing bag and a mild wool wash detergent. Do not use soap or washing powders containing enzymes or bleach. Cold wash recommended. Do not use fabric softeners. Do not tumble dry. Line dry avoiding direct sunlight. Wash separately.
